Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of an order must be requested within an 1 hour after such order is placed to ensure cancellation before your item moves to production. If you need to cancel an order, please check your confirmation email for the instructions.
We may not be able to accept cancellations after 1 hour, if production is already in process.
Return Policy:
Because of the nature of personalized gifts, unless your item arrives damaged or defective, we do not accept return or exchange requests for any reason, as our products are customized for you on demand.
Replacement/Refunds Policy:
If your order was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at support@reilanis.com within 15 days of receiving your order, and provide photos showing the issue with the item. If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
3. When and how will my order be shipped?
Orders placed through our web site by 3:00 pm EST Mondays through Thursdays generally ship the next day. Orders are otherwise shipped within 2 business days.
Your orders will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the item(s) ordered.
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the US! For orders below $50, shipping cost will vary by product. You will be able to review the shipping cost prior to completing the checkout pages.
